We're so happy that you’ve enjoyed your time at Natures Resort and would like to have your own special place here. Who could blame you? It’s a great place to winter! We also have some year-round folks.
Here’s what you need to know:
Mobile homes, park models, travel trailers and lot improvements are sold by the improvement owner.
Natures Nudist Resort owners, Bruce and Cindy, must approve all applicants before any offer can be made on lot improvements. A seller cannot entertain or accept an offer from anyone that has not yet been approved.
All sales take place between the applicant and the seller. Natures Nudist Resort is not party to the transaction and makes no commission from lot improvement sales.
We do require some history with Natures Nudist Resort before you apply. We want to know who you are, that you’ll be a good fit in our community, and that we'll be a good fit for you!
All improved lots have annual land leases, with prices depending on size and location. The lot rent includes water and garbage.
Full Membership is also required of all tenants and is included in the rent.
Natures Nudist Resort is a private organization. We reserve the right to reject any applicant who we feel may not be compatible with the community. Natures Nudist Resort does not discriminate on the basis of race, age, color, religion, sex, or national origin.
